Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States and most other countries. Every order is sent with a tracking number.

Delivery is free on orders of £55 or more in the United Kingdom and $55 or more in the United States and all other countries. In practice, every pack of 2, 3 or 4 tanks ships free; a single tank ships for £4.95 / $4.95.
Delivery times
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 5 working days of payment. Delivery then takes 4 to 12 working days after dispatch, depending on where you live. Busy periods, strikes or weather can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it from our Track your order page.
More than one parcel
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. That is normal: each one has its own tracking.
Customs, duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are included in the price, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, contact us and we will arrange to send it again.
Lost or damaged parcels
Your parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.
