Terms and conditions of sale
1. Who we are
This website, Heather & Grace, is run by LN Marketing, a company registered in France (company number 893068395), 19 rue du Musée, 13001 Marseille, France. You can contact us through our contact page or by email at support@heatherandgrace.co.uk.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you accept them.
3. Your order
When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there is an error in the price, we tell you and do not charge you, or we refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling in the United Kingdom and in US dollars in the United States and all other countries. The total price, including delivery and any tax due, is shown at checkout before you pay. Multi-buy prices (2, 3 or 4 tanks) apply automatically at checkout while the offer is live. Payment is taken when you place your order.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. The items are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Returns, exchanges and cancellation
Your 30-day Perfect Fit Guarantee, your 14-day right to cancel and what happens if an item is faulty are set out in our Returns and exchanges policy.
7. Our products
Our tanks are clothing. They are not medical devices and do not treat, cure or prevent any condition. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Please check the size guide before ordering.
8. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, or your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Your personal data
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of France. If you live in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first: we will do our best to sort it out quickly.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you placed it.
